I had fully intended to read before I went to bed last night, but I had the urge to draw Miku instead. So here she is! I'm not sure why I haven't done fanart of her before, I absolutely love her. ^_^

how did you get the inking blue like that? Was that a color balance effect from the computer? thats really good btw.

Well although using the color balance in Photoshop works like that, I used an overlay blending mode. Basically I create a new layer, fill it with the color I want (or gradient, or whatever) and select overlay from the blending modes list. By choosing that method, I can more easily edit and I don't have to alter the drawing itself.
