This brush set was actually randomly made. I was working on finishing colouring a picture of Uchiha Sasuke and I tried making a feather. It turned out really well, I thought, so I decided to make it a brush, and then transformed it in various ways and created a set. The original brush was hand painted with a default PS brush, and darkened in areas. Noise was added then the smudge tool was used to blend it all together ^_^
